Maccabi Tel Aviv star Lorenzo Brown is currently at the peak of his career. In the absence of Wade Baldwin, Lorenzo has been leading the team since the beginning of the season and is at the top of the MVP race.

The 33-year-old star has become one of the most popular point guards in the Euroleague, especially in the last two seasons, and he was interviewed in Serbia.

Lorenzo spoke about the impact playing in Europe has had on his career:

"After transitioning from the NBA to Euroleague Basketball with the Red Stars, I got a mental boost. I learned a lot about basketball playing in Europe. Before coming here, I spent my career in the NBA and the G-League, where the game of basketball is very different from Europe. Over the years, I've been able to adapt my game to European basketball, learn from my mistakes, take on more responsibility and become the person I am today.

The experienced point guard said he has no plans to return to the NBA:

"I don't have any thoughts of returning to the NBA. I'm at the end of my career and I think the NBA is a better league for young players. Especially in recent years, the pace of the game is much faster. I'm focusing on finishing my career in Europe, getting more out of it and helping my team in any way I can".

Lorenzo Brown has played in 11 Euroleague games this season, averaging 13.7 points, 2.2 rebounds, 7.6 assists and 1.5 steals per game.
